Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Specialist to join their global finance team. This is a fully remote position
, supporting operations across Indonesia and potentially beyond. You will be responsible for managing complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory functions, ensuring the company adheres to all relevant tax laws while optimizing its tax position. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate income tax compliance, including filing returns and managing deadlines.
• Conduct comprehensive tax research and provide expert advice on tax implications of business strategies, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities and enhance after-tax returns.
• Liaise with tax authorities on audits, inquiries, and appeals, representing the company effectively.
• Stay abreast of changes in local and international tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
• Provide guidance and support to finance and operational teams on tax-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law;
  Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, CTA) is essential.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with a strong background in Indonesian tax law.
• Proven track record in tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Expertise in international tax regulations and transfer pricing is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment
