Position Summary Fluke is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the EMEA FP&A team. The role provides key financial analysis to support business decision-making and business growth. Alongside recurring operational activities, the position offers opportunities to take initiative, improve processes, and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities Daily Activities Provide insight into bookings, shipments, rebates, margins, and monthly outlook.

Support stakeholders with accurate analysis to aid decision-making.

Continuously improve and adapt existing reporting and analytical processes.

Monthly Activities Forecast bookings, shipments, and margins.

Explain variances versus previous forecasts and actual results.

Align forecasts with business stakeholders.

Report forecasts into financial reporting systems and business intelligence dashboards.

Annual and Project Activities Support annual planning processes.

Participate in rebate programs, price adjustments, and business integrations.

Create new standard work and improve processes.

Develop or enhance interactive dashboards and analytical tools.

Business Partnering Provide high-quality analytical support to the business.

Solve business problems and respond to stakeholder requests.

Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to increase sales and margin.

Develop strong business understanding and contribute to business growth.

Your Team The EMEA FP&A team is an international and diverse group of seven team members. Team members have individual specialties while working closely together to support each other. The team operates in a dynamic environment driven by deadlines, innovation, and collaboration.

Experience & Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.

Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, Python, or other analytical tools is preferred.

Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, and/or 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.

Experience in an international corporate environment is preferred.

Proficiency in English.
