Blackstone Private Wealth was established to meet the growing demand for Blackstone investment solutions among high‑net‑worth investors globally. Leveraging Blackstone’s global scale across Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit, and Hedge Fund Solutions, the platform structures differentiated multi‑strategy and multi‑asset investment solutions designed to integrate into client portfolios. The Private Wealth business operates across a global footprint with teams in New York, London, Zurich, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, partnering with many of the world’s largest wealth management institutions, independent advisors, and family offices.

• Serve as a key point of contact for distribution partners' home office teams, leading the execution of pipeline opportunities, fund onboardings, and partner-driven events to deepen engagement and drive adoption of Blackstone’s private markets solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (including Sales, Product, Investor Services, Marketing, and investment business units) to advance pipelines, onboardings, and drive fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee distribution and pipeline trackers to capture partner feedback.
• Stay current on wealth management and private markets industry trends, competitive dynamics, platform requirements, and product innovation opportunities, and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and business updates for senior-level management, including pipeline and fundraising status reports.
• Oversee logistics for meetings, roadshows, conferences, and sponsor ships (including speaker preparation, materials, and follow-up), leveraging broader team support to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with international colleagues to align processes and support global relationships.
• Operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment to advance sales efforts, strengthen strategic relationships and support key initiatives across Private Wealth and Blackstone’s investment business units.

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CFA a plus).
• 7+ years’ experience in asset or wealth management, corporate strategy, or consulting.
• Preferably direct experience as a key account manager with private banks or wirehouse firms.
• Series 7 license.
• Experience selling or marketing a varied set of private markets products.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-starter and independent worker.
