This is a full-time hybrid Financial Coaching role located in Warren, NJ, and Manhattan, NY, with the flexibility to work from home  a member of the RU Financial team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and investment management services to clients. You will work closely with clients to identify their financial goals and create customized game plans to help them achieve those goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up to date on industry trends and regulations to ensure clients receive the best possible service. The compensation for this position is based on performance with a combination of first year commissions, substantial bonuses and residual compensation.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related fields preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
• Series 6 or 7, 63 and 65, 66 preferred but not required
• A passion for helping athletes achieve their goals
• Experience working with college athletes is a plus
