FLSA: Exempt, Non-Management Staff
Salary: Negotiable based on level of experience between $60,000 - $72,000
New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp is hiring a Fraud Analyst II to help protect our customers, data, and assets. In this remote New Hampshire-based role, you’ll investigate suspicious activity, spot emerging fraud trends, and partner across the organization to reduce risk.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity
- Identify fraud trends and recommend prevention strategies
- Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve cases and reduce risk
- Strengthen fraud awareness through guidance, procedures, and training
- Five or more years of relevant fraud, investigation, risk, or data analysis experience in a regulated environment
- A bachelor’s degree, ABA Certificate in Fraud Prevention or a related credential, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
