Commercial Director

As a Commercial Director, you will use your relationship management experience, considerable skillset for technical and risk analysis, ability for business development, together with professionalism and business acumen to manage and further build a portfolio of Commercial relationships within risk appetite settings.

You will work with fellow Directors and Senior Directors across the team on deal origination and execution and to ensure we provide an overwhelming customer experience which differentiates us from competitors and generates sustainable and attractive returns.

This role is within the Strategic Finance Team, part of our Business Banking function. The team is responsible for building and maintaining our brand in the North & East of Scotland Commercial Banking market.

For this role, you will be part of our growing Business Banking team, meeting with and supporting customers across your assigned region. You'll be covering the North & East Scotland region so will need to be based locally to Aberdeen, Inverness or Edinburgh
as you will be expected to travel regularly across this region. Additionally, there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our locations. These are currently expected to take place
