Consumer is a core area of focus, and the team is particularly interested in adding a senior MD with deep Food & Beverage expertise. The ideal candidate will have an established network and a demonstrated ability to originate and execute M&A transactions across Food & Beverage and adjacent Consumer subsectors.

Compensation – $300K Base + significant revenue-based compensation

If you are a seasoned Consumer MD with a meaningful book of business and a proven track record of generating revenue in the middle market, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

As a senior MD within the Consumer practice, you will:
• Expand the firm’s Consumer practice, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage and adjacent Consumer sectors.

• Leverage your existing relationships with founders, family-owned businesses, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers to originate new M&A opportunities.

• Advise middle-market companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions.

• Develop and maintain a differentiated market presence within Food & Beverage and your broader Consumer sub-sector.

• Continue to build and monetize your own book of business while leveraging the firm’s national platform, relationships, and execution capabilities.

• Partner with clients to develop strategic positioning, maximize valuation, and execute successful outcomes.

• Collaborate across the firm’s broader industry and product teams to provide clients with comprehensive advisory solutions.

• Consistently generate approximately $5M–$10M+ in annual M&A fees, with the expectation that the MD can bring a meaningful existing revenue base and continue to grow it.

• Serve as a senior thought leader within the Consumer practice and help mentor and develop junior bankers.
