Director of Financial Planning

Position: Director of Financial Planning at Raising The Village
Elevate financial strategies as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Raising The Village in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management, blending in-office collaboration and remote work.

In this pivotal position, you will report to the CFO while overseeing RTV’s Global FP&A function. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance insight will guide decision-making across multiple countries and departments. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll enhance financial quality while building efficient planning disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own annual budget and rolling forecast processes

• Lead scenario analysis for funding and growth strategies

• Prepare executive materials with insightful financial commentary

• Partner with departmental leaders to ensure financial alignment

• Oversee planning systems integration for improved analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 10+ years in finance, with strong FP&A experience

• CPA or equivalent designation required

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling

• Experience in non-profit financial management preferred
