Job Description:
You are a well-informed manager experienced in financial planning processes and consider regulations and principles the bedrock of a company's success. As a Director of Finance, you will lead the team using sound financial management practices, targeted reporting, and system analysis to anticipate challenges and propel the company forward in our mission. You will report to the Vice President of Finance.
The base salary for this position is $160,000-$180,000 and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related field required.
- 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role or other related field Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance management.
- Prior experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) required.
- Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills
