Splash Financial is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to help build and scale our compliance program for consumer lending products. This is a build role, not a maintain-the-status-quo one: you'll combine strategic advisory with hands‑on execution, partnering with Legal to guide product development, working directly with our bank partners on their compliance obligations for Splash programs, and designing the scalable workflows that let compliance keep pace with a fast‑growing lending business.

You'll also lead automation initiatives and own issue tracking, including complaints — all with the mandate to make compliance a strategic enabler of growth, not a bottleneck.

• Act as a compliance advisor for new product development, ensuring alignment with federal/state regulations and bank partner requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to embed compliance into the product lifecycle from the start, not bolted on at the end.
• Review implementation logs and documentation to support bank partner approvals.

Systems & Workflow Design

• Design and operationalize end‑to‑end compliance workflows, transitioning manual processes into automated, scalable systems.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor compliance health, regulatory obligations, and risk indicators.
