A fully remote, partner led platform firm where partners run their own practices and keep a large share of what they bring in.
The roleYou will run your corporate transactions practice under the firm's name, setting your own rates and serving your own clients. Pay is based on collections with no guaranteed draw, so this suits a partner with a steady, portable book who is comfortable earning on results. There is no capital buy in.
What you will need- 8 or more years, currently a partner or senior counsel
- A portable book of $750K or more
- Comfortable on a collections based model with no guaranteed draw
- Based in the US, ideally in New York, Chicago, DC or Texas
- $400K to $750K based on collections
- A high share of collections
- Freedom to set your own rates
- No capital buy in
- Fully remote working
