Location: New York
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is recruiting a CTO for a growing fintech that is putting mortgage and private credit on-chain. You will lead the technical integration of a traditional lending business onto the platform and then own engineering and product going forward. This is a build‑phase seat with real ownership, not a maintenance role.
Location:
Fully remote in the U.S. Compensation: $250K–$350K base + equity + milestone-based bonus + benefits including employer-paid health coverage
