CXM is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the build of a group-wide compliance architecture across six asset classes and multiple jurisdictions. The role requires regulator-facing credibility, multi-jurisdictional knowledge, and a track record in licensing and M&A within financial services.
The CCO will own internal SLAs, AI-enabled document management, and risk monitoring across FX, CFDs, crypto, and education, reporting directly to the CEO. Fully remote with international scope.
