Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers in the inbound call queue
• Understand client needs for appropriate investment solutions
• Onboard new accounts and manage transactions
• Provide wealth management guidance on various investment products
• Foster trust and maintain meaningful customer relationships
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Completed Canadian Securities Course or IFIC
• Strong knowledge of investment products and marketplace trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in French and English
