Description

Mortenson is seeking 2 hands-on Oracle Finance Systems Analysts to support the daily operation and ongoing enhancement of its Oracle Finance environment. These individuals will work directly with Finance users and technical resources to troubleshoot issues, support business processes, test changes, and execute system enhancements. This is an execution-oriented functional role, rather than a Finance transformation, architecture, or solution-design position.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide daily functional support across Oracle Cloud Finance, with particular focus on AP, AR, Travel & Expense, and core Finance processes.
· Investigate and resolve user, system, transaction, and process issues within the Oracle Finance environment.
· Support custom Finance applications used for invoice processing, invoice coding, invoice search, and related workflows.
· Review incoming Finance support requests, perform troubleshooting, and drive issues through resolution.
· Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) when issues require Oracle support, including follow-up, testing, and validation.
· Execute functional configuration and system changes within established standards and processes.
· Document requirements for system fixes and incremental enhancements and work directly with development resources through completion.
· Perform functional and regression testing for enhancements, integrations, patches, and production fixes.
· Support Finance-related ERP integrations with other applications, including troubleshooting transaction and data-flow issues.
· Assist with ongoing Finance system enhancements and application maintenance, with potential involvement in Oracle EPM depending on experience. Profile:
Ideally 5-10 years of relevant Oracle Finance experience. Able to independently work through Finance system issues and enhancements, but not expected to own enterprise architecture, transformation strategy, or high-level solution design.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
