A confidential firstPRO client in the Greater Philadelphia area from the healthcare/ hospitality hospital management space, is seeking a Director of FP&A to start as soon as possible.
This position requires 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home.
Because this position is an immediate need, this role will be hired on a contract basis, but can convert permanently.
Compensation is up to $90/hour based on experience, with a permanent salary of up to $180,000 if converted perm..
Position Summary:- Facilitate all key financial outputs for a healthcare management services organization
- Consolidate operational data and financial performance to monitor metrics and build forecasts
- Partner with accounting teams to explain monthly variances, streamline processes, and improve projection accuracy
- Deliver high-level financial analysis to be used by the CFO and Board of Directors
Qualification:
- Previous experience within an executive level finance role from a healthcare, hospital, or an adjacent enviorment
- Five years of minimum experience
- Financial modeling experience required
- Big 4/ PE-owned experience - nice to have
