VP/Director of Finance
Pawlicy Advisor Inc. is hiring a Head of Finance to own the entire finance function, reporting to the CEO. This hands-on role manages cash, close, the operating model, and financial reporting while partnering on strategic growth initiatives.
You will lead FP&A, LTV/CAC analyses, and board reporting, while building an efficient finance stack (QBO, Brex, Carta) and guiding outsourced partners. Remote-first in the US with occasional travel to NY as needed.
