Intelex seeks a detail-oriented Collections Analyst to strengthen its Accounts Receivable team. This position requires proactive follow-ups on overdue accounts, issue resolution, and collaboration with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overdue customer accounts to meet collection goals

• Follow up on overdue balances via email or phone

• Partner with customers to resolve accounts receivable issues

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in collections or accounts receivable
