Your purpose This Employed Mortgage Advisor position exists to turn pre-qualified, complex enquiries into completed mortgages. You will provide tailored advice to clients who fall outside standard high-street criteria, using robust commercial acumen to overcome objections, navigate complex adverse credit profiles, and deliver suitable lending solutions from an established pipeline of company-supplied business.

Your day to day
- Advise clients on specialist lending and adverse credit mortgage solutions
- Contact warm, pre-qualified leads promptly to establish borrowing requirements
- Overcome client objections through structured, high-volume telephone consultations
- Package complex case details accurately for submission to specialist lenders
