This is a full-time hybrid Financial Advisor role based in Texas, United States, with flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial guidance, including retirement planning, investment strategies, risk management, and insurance solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing financial goals, developing and presenting comprehensive financial plans, and monitoring client portfolios.

The role also involves staying current on market trends and regulatory changes, collaborating with internal divisions to deliver integrated services, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards. The Financial Advisor is expected to build long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up.

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to design and implement comprehensive strategies for diverse clients.
• Solid foundation in Finance and Investments to analyze market conditions, recommend suitable investment products, and manage client portfolios.
• Proficiency in Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for long-term objectives, including income distribution, tax efficiency, and asset protection.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment in complex financial situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain financial concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing in-office and remote responsibilities with high levels of professionalism and organization.
• Relevant professional licenses and registrations (such as Series 7, Series 66/65, and appropriate state insurance licenses), or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFP®, ChFC®, CFA®) are preferred but not required.
