Payroll Tax Administrator Pay: $21.50 - $22 per hour

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Payroll Tax Administrator, you will be responsible for Responding to and resolving payroll tax inquiries from associates, explaining tax with holdings, and handling W2 questions Monitoring the ticketing queue and addressing actions promptly to ensure timely resolution Entering and updating tax information and jurisdiction changes in the payroll system Assisting with adding or correcting tax data on associates’ records as needed Maintaining strict confidentiality of all associate information

The ideal candidate for this role will have High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a processing or deadline-driven environment Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in resolving tickets and discrepancies Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-state payroll tax processing and using Microsoft Office applications
