.

Key

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement the global transfer pricing policy
• Lead the transfer pricing documentation cycle including prep and review of master/local files
• Draft and review intercompany agreements
• Work under OECD BEPS framework (including Pillar Two)
• Operational Transfer Pricing such as: intercompany billing, price-setting, period-end true-ups, and margin monitoring

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of transfer pricing experience
• Operational transfer pricing background
• Able to work on a hybrid in-office schedule (2x per week)
