Director | Capital Origination; Remote | Commission

Our client is an investment platform actively executing transactions and is looking to add an experienced Capital Origination / Capital Raising professional to support current and future deal activity. This is a highly entrepreneurial position suited to someone with an established network across institutional investors and capital providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and securing capital for live transactions, including tax equity, debt financing and sponsor capital.

• Originate capital for active investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with tax equity investors, debt providers and sponsor capital partners.
• Source and engage institutional investors, family offices, funds and strategic capital providers.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts through to successful capital commitments.
• Work closely with senior leadership on financing strategy and transaction execution.

• Strong background in capital raising, project finance, infrastructure, private equity, renewable energy or investment banking.
• Existing network of tax equity providers, lenders, infrastructure investors or institutional capital sources.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close financing opportunities.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, performance-oriented environment.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
