Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their expanding investment team, working from anywhere in the world. This fully remote role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and recommending strategic real estate investment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on the Richards Bay and Kwa Zulu-Natal region. You will play a crucial part in our client's investment decision-making process by conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities in target areas like Richards Bay .
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, DCF analysis, and sensitivity testing, to assess investment viability.
• Evaluate property specific risks, market risks, and economic factors impacting investment performance.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor existing investment portfolios, track performance, and recommend asset management strategies.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting investments.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with the South African real estate market , particularly the Kwa Zulu-Natal region and Richards Bay .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
