You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert guidance to business units across the organization. • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a compliance, legal, or risk management role, ideally within the banking or financial services industry .
• Extensive knowledge of relevant South African financial regulations and international compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex requirements clearly.
