• Support clients in navigating Turbo Tax for tax filing

• Verify and review individual tax returns for accuracy

• Provide expert guidance on tax-related inquiries

• Research information using governmental and professional resources

• Document all interactions to ensure accurate records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax prep

• CRA RepID is essential for client representation

• Experience with advanced tax return scenarios

• Excellent service and communication skills required

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule for at least 20 hours/week
