Tony Baruffi, CFA, managed bond and currency portfolios for pension funds, endowments, and mutual funds before founding the firm. That same discipline shapes how we manage money for individual families today. The firm is established and growing. This is an early seat on a small team, and we are deliberate about who we add. We are looking for the right person to grow with us.

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager and Financial Planner who would rather do the analytical work than sell it. You would build and trade portfolios, construct financial plans, and run the research behind every client relationship. You would not prospect, and you would not carry a sales quota. Client relationships remain with the lead advisor. The investment and planning work would be yours.

• Build, rebalance, and trade globally diversified portfolios to each client's stated risk strategy
• Construct financial plans in eMoney, including cash flow and tax-aware scenarios, and keep them current as clients' lives change
• Monitor portfolio risk and compliance with each client's investment guidelines
• Manage the firm's planning and reporting software, including eMoney and Orion
• Use market data tools to analyze allocation, exposure, and performance
• Improve how the firm handles research, planning, and trade execution

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• A CPA, a CFA charter, or active progress toward either
• Strong, demonstrable Excel skills
• Experience with eMoney and portfolio management software;
  Orion experience is a plus
• A careful, detail-driven approach and the judgment to work independently

Our office is in Bellevue, WA at Skyline Tower, and we would prefer you here, where you can learn the practice quickly. We will consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate.
