Fractional Finders seeks an experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) on a part-time basis. The role centers on owning the financial crime function, strengthening processes and ensuring AML/CDD policies remain proportionate to a property-focused lending business.
In a fast-paced, relationship-led environment, the MLRO will apply risk-based judgement to Source of Funds and Source of Wealth scenarios and liaise with Relationship Managers to guide financial crime risk decisions.
