Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to help clients secure mortgage financing for home purchases and refinancing. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, and customer relationship management.

The Mortgage Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, evaluate loan applications, coordinate underwriting activities, and recommend suitable loan products based on individual financial needs.

• Assist clients with mortgage loan applications for home purchases and refinancing.
• Evaluate applicants' financial information, credit profiles, and eligibility for mortgage products.
• Explain available loan options, including Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Coordinate with wholesale lenders, underwriters, and other mortgage professionals throughout the loan process.
• Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide consistent communication and guidance to clients from application through closing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable mortgage lending regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective borrowers and referral partners.
• Manage daily responsibilities independently in a fully remote work environment.

• Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, or the mortgage industry.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products, lending procedures, and underwriting principles.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Compensation: 100% commission-based.
