Lead Financial Analyst Hybrid Remote

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, develop sophisticated financial models, and drive process improvements that enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience managing complex financial data, and the ability to communicate findings to leadership.

• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers across multiple business units to improve forecast accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership through advanced data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor financial performance through detailed variance analysis and proactive recommendations.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, financial controls, automation, and overall analytical capabilities.
• Support financial regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, operational performance, and strategic investments.
• Assist with financial audits, policy analysis, and implementation of business process improvements.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced team members and provide guidance on financial analysis best practices.
• Lead projects or key work streams while operating with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.08/hr.
