• Develop and implement personalized, comprehensive financial plans for clients, addressing their unique goals and circumstances.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial situations, including assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and insurance coverage.
• Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax efficiency, estate planning, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.
• Actively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach within a remote context.
• Stay current with financial markets, investment products, tax laws, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to ensure holistic client solutions.
• Utilize financial planning software and tools to model scenarios and present recommendations.
• Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Regularly review and update client plans to reflect changes in their lives and market conditions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) are essential.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and assets.
• Demonstrated expertise in retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, and estate planning.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and insurance products.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney Advisor, Money Guide Pro ) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
