Leading UK Retailer are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Head of Commercial Finance asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and 3 days per week in their Midlands head office.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Finance and Commercial teams with business partnering
- Provide strong data analytics and commercial decision support
- Lead on financial planning and performance across the business
- Challenge operational teams to improve sales, pricing, margin and profitability
- Qualified Accountant
- Experienced Finance Professional, with exposure to FP&A and Commercial Finance roles
- Background to include experience in Retail/Multi-site businesses, with a consumer angle
- Outstanding commercial acumen and ability to influence and engage at all levels
