Job Summary (List Format) – Pension Calculations Specialist:

Calculate pension and related benefits
, including complex retirement, survivor, and account adjustments.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with IRS regulations for all payouts and financial reporting.
Research and verify financial transactions
, reporting systems, and member information for accuracy.
Communicate with employers to verify documents, resolve inquiries, and provide member support.
Utilize computer systems to retrieve data and process payments, including non-standard processing.
Apply knowledge of ASRS statutes, IRS regulations, and automated disbursement systems to daily tasks.
Use advanced Excel and relational database skills for data analysis and processing.
Work efficiently under strict guidelines and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication for professional correspondence.
Preferred: Experience in financial institutions, banking, or accounts receivable/processing.
Background checks and drug screenings required; local candidates only.
Remote position with occasional in-office requirement.
