Utilize your 3-5 years of mortgage lending experience to assess risk and ensure compliance with Home Trust's policies. You'll be critical in facilitating quality transactions while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make informed credit decisions on mortgage files

• Analyze and verify mortgage applications thoroughly

• Ensure compliance with all underwriting standards

• Lead and mentor junior team members

• Manage pipeline and service level agreements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending
