- Oversee the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems.
- Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed finance team.

- Develop and manage the group's budget and forecast.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in financial reporting under IFRS.
- Proven experience in managing remote teams and working in a global environment.
