• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries for senior management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing re-forecasting activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across various business units.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial health.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA(SA)) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel at an advanced level).
• Experience with financial planning & analysis (FP&A) software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
