You own files from signed term sheet to funding: collect and review documents, order and chase third parties (appraisal, title, insurance), clear conditions, and keep borrowers and account executives informed. Our platform auto-generates the chase list and the task queue — you drive it.

• Manage a pipeline of DSCR, bridge, and construction files.
• Collect and review entity docs, leases, bank statements, and budgets.
• Order appraisals, title, and insurance — and chase them to delivery.
• Clear underwriting conditions and package files for closing.
• Keep every file's status current in the platform.

• 2+ years processing business-purpose, DSCR, hard-money, or conventional investment-property loans.
• You know what a clean file looks like: entity docs, HOI, title commitment, payoffs, draw budgets.
• A relentless follow-up habit.
• Comfortable living in software all day.
