Description

Our client is seeking an Oracle Financial Systems Analysts that will support different areas of the Oracle Finance ecosystem. While both roles serve as a bridge between Finance and IT, each position has a distinct focus area.

Financial Systems Analyst - Oracle Core Finance

This analyst will support Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Expenses, and Cash Management. They will partner closely with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support business processes, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, coordinate testing, and drive system enhancements.

Financial Systems Analyst - Oracle EPM Solutions

This analyst will support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting, and Predictive Cash Forecasting. They will work with Finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes while optimizing the use of Oracle EPM tools.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3 plus years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, financial systems, ERP solutions, or Oracle Cloud applications.

- Understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reconciliation, and financial close processes.

- Experience supporting SaaS applications and participating in quarterly release testing and validation activities.

- Experience working with vendors, managed service providers, and Oracle Support to resolve application issues.

- Demonstrated ability to independently investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution across functional and technical teams.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance leaders, business users, developers, and support teams.

Experience supporting financial controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties is preferred.

Self-starter with strong analytical thinking, customer-service orientation, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

This is a Contract position based out of Golden Valley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
