Hedge Fund Operations
Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage mid and back-office operations, ensuring accuracy in trade execution and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to support equity market-neutral strategies and fund management.
Utilize Flex Trade software for trade management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal operational policies.
Analyze and improve operational workflows to optimize fund performance.
Coordinate with external service providers to maintain seamless operational support.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Support hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-office and remote work responsibilities effectively.
Hedge Fund Operations
Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hedge fund operations; 10 years preferred.
Proficiency in Flex Trade software and equity market-neutral strategies.
Strong knowledge of commingled funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational workflows.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with flexible office attendance.
