• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Argus).
• Excellent remote communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience working with diverse datasets and a proven ability to draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with the South African real estate market, particularly the Free State , is a plus.
