• Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, sensitivity analysis, and return calculations for potential acquisitions.
• Evaluate the financial viability and risk profiles of diverse real estate assets and projects.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
• Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, including reviewing property data, leases, and legal documentation.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide regular updates on market conditions and asset performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and support deal execution.
• Stay current with economic indicators, real estate market dynamics, and investment best practices relevant to the sector.
• Contribute to the development of strategic investment plans and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Excellent understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough due diligence and synthesize complex information.
