• Develop, validate, and implement sophisticated quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial markets.
• Collaborate with trading desks, risk management, and product development teams to provide quantitative insights and support decision-making.
• Design and build robust financial models and algorithms using programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
• Perform back-testing and stress-testing of models to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and academic research in quantitative finance.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm's quantitative library and infrastructure.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the remote team.

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantitative finance role, preferably within a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing financial models (e.g., for derivatives pricing, risk management, algorithmic trading).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like Num Py, Sci Py, Pandas), R, or C++.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex quantitative concepts clearly.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
