• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing robust financial models for the

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial projects as required.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth financial audits and compliance.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting, with a significant portion in the
