Kuttin Wealth Management is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Registered Client Concierge to support a successful financial advisor and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a fully remote position supporting an advisor who operates in both Florida and Hawaii
. While the majority of work occurs during normal U.S. market hours, the ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to occasional schedule variations driven by advisor and client needs across multiple time zones.

This role is ideal for a licensed financial services professional who enjoys building relationships, creating efficiencies, and serving as a trusted partner to both clients and the advisor.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Resolve client service issues efficiently and proactively

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings
• Prepare meeting materials and supporting documentation
• Brief the advisor on relevant client information and life events
• Manage pre-meeting and post-meeting communications
• Track and complete meeting follow-up items

• Prepare and process account paperwork, applications, and service requests
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Maintain client records and CRM data
• Ensure adherence to compliance and record-retention requirements
• Monitor outstanding tasks and follow through to completion

• Create and utilize CRM reports and dashboards
• Assist with special projects and client service initiatives

• S.I.E., Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses required
• Experience supporting a financial advisor, wealth management team, or financial services practice
• Strong understanding of financial services operations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Experience working remotely in a client-facing role
• Familiarity with Ameriprise systems and processes
• Experience coordinating client events and ongoing relationship management activities
