Administer CTF operations for the federal payroll deduction and homeschool programs through accurate data management, compliant processes, high-level customer service, and careful cash management practices. This is a remote position performed from a home office anywhere in the contiguous United States. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Starting Salary Range: $21-$23.50 per hour; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity.

• Review and process payroll contribution files from ACSI and participating businesses, maintaining accuracy, compliance, timely submission, and recording of funds
• Complete quarterly payment reconciliations for all payroll deductions, verifying employer submissions, employee records, and remitted amounts against reports from payroll deduction providers
• Execute the day-to-day requirements of the federal homeschool and payroll deduction programs, ensuring effective service families, contributors, and homeschool partners
• Facilitate the full scholarship process for homeschool families from receipt of contributions through award allocation, disbursement of funds to student wallets, and approval of wallet expenses
• Oversee the transfer of student information from FACTs to Class Wallet for the creation of student wallets
• Assess and approve third-party vendors for the homeschool family wallet, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and the delivery of high-quality educational resources
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial activity; prepare and submit required reports to state and federal agencies and the ACSI finance department

• Oversee workflow processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity; recommend and implement process improvements
• Manage and maintain integrated databases of contributors, family/student scholarship applicants and recipients, and homeschool partners.
• Develop documentation and training materials on database systems, workflows, and program processes in coordination with leadership
• Respond to inquiries from contributors, parents, homeschool partners, and vendors in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with policy review, website content updates, business application support, and coordination with CTF and ACSI teams to strengthen program effectiveness.
