Wealth Management
Ollis Wealth Management is an independent wealth management firm headquartered on St. Francis Street in downtown Mobile, Alabama. For over 30 years, our founder has helped individuals, families, and business owners across the Gulf Coast plan for retirement, protect their legacies, and invest with discipline.
We aren’t tied to proprietary products, so every recommendation starts with the client’s goals. Our work spans four connected areas: retirement planning, estate planning, investment management, and tax strategies. We manage them together, because in real life they never operate in isolation. We coordinate closely with each client’s CPA and attorney, explain our fees in plain language, and pick up the phone when clients call.
Our values are simple. Listen first, recommend second. Use plain language. Keep fees transparent. Choose long-term discipline over short-term noise.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Wealth Relationship Manager to become the day-to-day point of contact for a group of our client households. You’ll work directly alongside our founder and wealth advisor, running client meetings, keeping plans on track, and making sure every family we serve feels known, informed, and well taken care of.
This is a fully remote position. Most client meetings happen by video and phone, so you’ll need to build real trust through a screen. That means being warm, organized, and able to explain complex financial topics in a way that makes sense to a retired schoolteacher and a business owner alike.
This role suits someone who has outgrown a support seat and wants real ownership of client relationships, without the sales quotas and product pressure of a large firm.

- Gather and update client data, goals, and financial information for planning
- Help build and update retirement income plans, including Social Security timing and withdrawal sequencing
- Track estate planning items, such as beneficiary designations, account titling, and document reviews, and coordinate with clients’ estate attorneys
- Partner with clients’ CPAs on tax-aware strategies like Roth conversions, tax-loss harvesting, and charitable giving
- Monitor portfolios against client goals and risk tolerance, and flag rebalancing or allocation questions to the lead advisor
- Guide new clients through onboarding, from account opening and asset transfers to paperwork and the first planning meeting
- Handle service requests from start to finish, including distributions, contributions, beneficiary updates, and address changes
- Keep client records, notes, and tasks accurate and up to date in our CRM
- Follow compliance and recordkeeping procedures in every client interaction
- Help bring on new client households through referrals from existing clients, CPAs, and attorneys
- Support client events, educational webinars, and our Quarterly Letter
- Spot opportunities to deepen existing relationships through additional planning services
- 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private client services, with direct client-facing responsibilities

- A solid working knowledge of retirement planning, investment concepts,…
