Loan Servicing Assistant

Monthly Pay: $5,100 - $5,800 USD per month

Unlike a generic office role, this position keeps loan accounts current by connecting payment activity, borrower questions, and servicing records. This fully remote, full-time entry-level role supports accurate account servicing for borrowers and lending teams.

• Post and verify borrower payments, payoff requests, and account updates in servicing platforms.
• Respond to borrower questions about balances, due dates, escrow activity, and statement details.
• Prepare loan documents and follow up on missing items for account changes or payoffs.
• Review servicing queues, route exceptions, and maintain clear account notes.
• Partner with lending and operations colleagues to resolve routine account discrepancies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; exposure to banking is welcome.
• Comfort learning loan servicing systems and reviewing borrower account histories.
• Ability to interpret payment records, loan terms, and basic escrow calculations.
• Clear, respectful phone and written communication when explaining account information.
• Careful handling of confidential financial information and established procedures.
• Remote onboarding and training on servicing workflows.
