Financial Crime Operations Manager

This role sits within the Protect Integration Change team, part of the wider integration programme, and will provide dedicated subject matter expertise to ensure financial crime operational requirements, risks and controls are embedded across programme design and delivery.

The role will act as the Financial Crime Operations Subject Matter Expert across a broad range of integration programme deliverables, providing authoritative insight into NBS current-state and future-state operating environments. This will include the systems supporting transaction monitoring and event‑driven triggers, customer and connected‑party screening, payment screening, customer risk assessment, case management and investigations, including Net Reveal 8.4, Actimise, PRM, Watchlist Filtering (WLX), Firco, the Financial Crime Database and FAMOUS.

Working closely with Product, Technology, Transformation, Analytics and operational teams, the role will support solution development, assess impacts to system feeds, alert generation, case workflows and operational capacity, and ensure business readiness for the safe and effective implementation of integrated financial crime processes, systems and controls.

This is a 18-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
