Financial Controller Qualified Accountant | Purpose-Led Organisation
Qualified? Strong finance leadership experience? Background in education, charities or not-for-profit?

We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a collaborative finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and taking responsibility for financial operations, reporting, controls and team leadership.
You must have:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- Education, charity or not-for-profit sector experience
- Strong people management experience
- Excellent financial and management reporting skills
- Strong controls, compliance and analytical capability
- Excellent Excel and finance systems knowledge
- The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels
Working pattern:
Predominantly office based, with up to 2 days working from home per week maximum.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a values-led organisation while leading and developing an established finance team.
