Funded Forex Trader NY

Maverick Currencies, a proprietary trading firm founded in 1997, is offering a Funded Forex Trader opportunity for candidates based in or near New York City, NY. This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role. It is not a salaried or hourly position, and compensation is performance-based rather than fixed.

Traders accepted into this program receive access to funded trading accounts, with capital allocations available up to $400,000 based on demonstrated performance over time. Maverick Currencies provides the structure and resources for traders to operate, but does not direct or supervise day-to-day trading decisions. Traders are responsible for their own strategy, analysis, and execution within the program's parameters.

Compensation is earned through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on account performance and program tier. Profits are never guaranteed, and this role carries no fixed income. Traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. This structure rewards performance and is suited to individuals who understand that trading outcomes vary and are not assured.

This position is entry friendly. No prior trading experience is required, and training is provided to help new traders learn the fundamentals of forex trading and the firm's funded account process.
